The staff here were very helpful and the facilities are up-to-date, and I believe the service is outstanding.

the location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large museum.

Our triple room was warm and comfy. Had lovely modern facilities, such as an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control. The hotel was in an exceptionally nice and perfect location, very near the city center. The very amiable staff members provided a few recommendations.

The room is well-equipped and peaceful with great facilities including a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet.

The bathroom had a bidet, which was great. Location: the property was really close to the pedestrian area of Pristina's Centre, and Pristina's Centre.

The rooms here are pretty spacious and really nice, which was a pleasant surprise. the restaurant isn't too far away, so that's convenient. We had a great time during our stay and we're definitely planning to return soon! 🌟

Great location! the hotel is situated near the bustling pedestrian area and right in the heart of the city center. You can easily walk to all the attractions and shops around here. Plus, there's a cool vibe in the neighborhood with lots of things to do 🚶‍♂️.

One downside to our stay was the location, which required a bit of uphill walking to reach the city center. Additionally, while the accommodation was generally clean, we did experience a few teething problems, such as slow or glitchy TV channels and a noisy bathroom fan.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Staff spoke English and Albanian, very convenient for someone like me who doesn't speak any of those languages. The buffet breakfast was a feast, I practically rolled out of the dining room.

The nearest airport is too close, the sound of the planes taking off and landing made it difficult to take a nap by the pool.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - very near the city center, yet in a quiet area. This made it easy for us to explore the pedestrian area of the city's center without being disturbed by noise. Additionally, there was a grocery store just opposite the hotel, which was very convenient for us.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
